TRAINING PhD STUDENTS
Many PhD students are trained via the Center for Research and Development of Education, often in collaboration with other departments or research groups. Besides individual coaching, PhD students attend a course comprising intensive monthly meetings in what is called Cycle Theory and Literature of Medical Education, a three-year program comprising 27 meetings. PhD students can enroll in this course at any point in time.
In addition, a monthly ‘Research In Progress’ working lunch is organized for PhD students and other healthcare education researchers.
