The MultiPlex Core Facility of the UMCU is state-of-the-art and offers multiple immune-assays based on collor coated microsfers.

We can measure more than 160 mediators in less than 200 µl blood, plasma, serum, synovial fluid, culture supernatant, liquor, eye moisture, urine, dry bloodspots and middle ear effusion. Our analytes include cytokines, chemokines, adipokines, grow factors and matrix poteins.
All multiplexes are sensitive, accurate, optimized and validated. We offer a flexible and open architectural infrastructure which makes a fast measurement of client specific combination of analytes possible. (see list).
