Assistance from a volunteer
To make your visit to UMC Utrecht a little more pleasant and easy, we offer an extra (free) service to our patients and visitors. You can request assistance from a volunteer at the main entrance.
Our volunteer will gladly take you to the department where you need to be. Of course, this can also be done by wheelchair.
Would you like to be picked up again after your appointment or visit? Then you can arrange a time in advance or call the phone number on the business card you will receive at your start at UMC Utrecht.
Do you have several appointments in one day? Then our volunteer will be happy to accompany you to and from the various departments.
Request assistance
To make use of this service, please report to the volunteers or to the team of hostesses. You will find them at the main entrance of UMC Utrecht.
We offer this service Monday through Friday. Since they are volunteers, we cannot guarantee this service 100%.
