You can visit the UMC Utrecht Pharmacy for all the medications and aids you use at home. Because we have a wide assortment, you can usually take your medication home right away.

Need to relax? In and around UMC Utrecht there are various ways to unwind. For example, we have art, gardens and a silence center.

• You can charge your phone or tablet safely and free of charge in lockable lockers at the charging station.
• The charging stations can be found in the central hall of both UMC Utrecht and Wilhelmina Children's Hospital, and at the Emergency Department.
• The lockers have connections for various cell phones and tablets.

You can borrow a wheelchair:

• In the main hall of the hospital
• Outside at the main entrance
• In the parking garage

Near the main entrance, in the main hall is a toilet with extra facilities such as a height adjustable toilet, a changing table/shower stretcher and an elevator. Do you have questions about the facilities? Our team of hostesses will be happy to inform you.

UMC Utrecht encourages a healthy lifestyle. That is why we are a smoke-free hospital, both inside and outside. UMC Utrecht is located in the Utrecht Science Park. The Utrecht Science Park is a smoke-free zone including the bus and streetcar stops.

UMC Utrecht has a store, a flower shop and even a hairdresser. There are also coffee corners and restaurants where you can get something to eat or drink.

Have orders delivered uitklapper, klik om te openen

You can also have your online order delivered to UMC Utrecht. This can be done via a locker box of 'de Buren'. If you buy something online, you can indicate that your preferred pickup point is 'de Buren'. Not all online stores offer 'de Buren' yet. You can also use the locker box to return a package. The locker boxes are located near the entrance to restaurant the Brink. If you follow the route signs to restaurant De Brink from the main entrance, you will see them automatically.
