- Valid proof of identity (passport, driver's license, or identity card)
- Debit card (some medicines are not reimbursed and you must pay for them yourself)
- Current medication overview

Outpatient Pharmacy
The pharmacy is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
If you urgently need medication or bandages outside opening hours, you can go to the Emergency Pharmacy Utrecht.
Do you have an urgent question outside opening hours about medicines that you can only obtain through UMC Utrecht? Then call 088 - 75 55555 and ask for the doctor or pharmacist on duty.
