On this page you can reserve a room in the guesthouse of UMC Utrecht. The guesthouse is for relatives of UMC Utrecht patients. Are you a family member or carer of patients in the Wilhelmina Children's Hospital or Princess Máxima Centre? Then we would like to refer you to the Ronald McDonald House Utrecht.
The length of your stay
In principle, you can stay in the guesthouse for as long as you require. You may not know in advance how many days you will be staying. Therefore, you can extend your stay on the spot if there is room. In such a case, please consult with the coordinator to see what possibilities there are. Will you be staying for shorter than expected? Then of course you will only pay the costs of the days that you actually stayed in the guesthouse.
Children
The Guesthouse is a place where family members can retreat to in peace and quiet. It is aimed at adults, self-reliant persons. Sometimes a situation arises in which you want to bring a child with you. In that case, it is good for us to have contact with you in advance, so that the stay with the child is pleasant for you.
If you are bringing a child under the age of 18, please indicate this on the reservation form under 'particulars'.
