With the election manifesto 'Healthy future for The Netherlands', the Dutch Federation of University Medical Centers today appeals to politicians on behalf of all umc's.
Legislate health targets, make working in healthcare more attractive and reserve at least 3 percent of GDP for research and innovation. That is the core of our appeal to politicians.
Only then can the Netherlands progress healthily. Only then will healthcare remain accessible and affordable. With appropriate care for everyone. With significantly fewer health inequalities and internationally leading medical science.
